Mia and Michael are a thoroughly modern couple – meeting on line and reconnecting again months later on - you guessed it – facebook.  And when they knew they had something truly special going on between them, they were in costume – he as Harry Potter and she as a peacock.  Little did they know that a lasting and loving relationship would blossom from a chartiy costume party.   And when Michael sent big beautiful roses two days later, Mia knew she had fallen for a wonderful man – a man she calls her very own Prince Charming.

When it came time to love, honor, and cherish Mia and Michael chose a Christmas wedding at the amazing Cedar House Inn…an inn voted the best of St. Augustine 4 years in a row and decorated unlike any other.  Among the twinkling lights and swags of garland Mia and Michael said I do with their new blended family ready to share their joy.  Keeping in the Christmas spirit we had a great time capturing some wonderful images under the thousands of white lights around the Lightner Museum and the Casa Monica Hotel.

Mia and Michael opted for a first look on the unusually balmy December evening.  I love having the extra daylight for pictures, especially with the early sunset at Christmas.
